According to Uniq Development, the developer of the Springs club house in western Moscow, 85% of reservations are for units starting at 100 square meters. The minimum apartment size in the project is 62 square meters.

“We explain the demand for spacious apartments by the interest from family buyers, who make up nearly 80% of all purchasers in the Springs project.
